This building located on the beachfront of Altea, is equipped with all the comforts one could wish for.

Calpestabili has in this building 4 high standing apartments of 80 m2 with a large terrace. The apartments are located, 3 of them on the first floor and the other in the attic.

All apartments have 2 bedrooms (the main bedroom with a double bed and the second bedroom with 2 single beds) and 2 bathrooms.

The tranquility and privacy of our clients is guaranteed.

The apartments that Calpestabili has in the Bahía Blanca building in Altea, are delivered fully furnished, a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, 32″ plasma TV and other accessories. It is included in the wi-fi internet service and towel service for the beach.

The service of sheets and towels is included for a maximum of 4 people.

It has a large communal outdoor pool and a communal heated pool with a small sauna. The heated pool can only be used in the winter period.

In addition, the complex is equipped with the following elements:

• Independent air conditioning in each room through split
• Heating by gas radiators

Some of these apartments can be rented for weeks, fortnights, months or long periods. Maximum 5 months in the winter season.

In weekly rentals, cleaning service is included once every 8 days, including change of sheets and towels.

In long-term rentals, electricity costs are paid by the tenant. The monthly cleaning and linen change service will be included in the rental price.

Calpestabili also offers a laundry service, which will be billed separately.

We can offer the crib service for children at an extra cost of € 12 / day (+ VAT).

The garage space is not included in the rental price. It can be rented separately for € 12 / day (+ VAT).

The minimum rental period is one week (7 days).

The maximum occupancy allowed is 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

Pets are not allowed.
