This building located on the beachfront of Calpe, is equipped with all the comforts one could wish for.

Calpestabili has in this building, which includes a large swimming pool and solarium, with 16 high standing apartments, spread over floors 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 12, respectively. All of them with direct views of the sea and a large terrace.

Each floor has 2 apartments, therefore, the tranquility and privacy of our clients is guaranteed.

Each apartment has an independent parking space that can be rented separately for € 15 / day (+ VAT).

The apartments that Calpestabili has in the Vistabella building are fully furnished, including a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, 32 “plasma TV and other accessories. They have air conditioning in each room and heating.

All apartments have sheets and towels service for up to 4 people.

Wi-Fi internet service and satellite TV with foreign channels.

Towel service for the beach is included.

These apartments can be rented for weeks, fortnights or months.

In weekly rentals, cleaning service is included once every 8 days, with change of sheets and towels.

In long-term rentals (maximum 5 months), electricity costs are paid by the tenant. The monthly cleaning service with change of sheets and towels is included in the rental price.

Calpestabili also offers a laundry service, which will be billed separately.

We can offer the crib service for children at an extra cost of € 12 / day (+ VAT).

The apartments located on floors 2, 3, 4 and 5 have two bedrooms (main bedroom with a double bed and the second bedroom with 2 single beds).

The apartments located on the 6th, 7th, 8th and 12th floors have two bedrooms with double beds.

The maximum occupancy allowed is 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

Pets are not allowed in the apartments.
